Достойный отель, есть вопросы к персоналу, надеюсь, нас услышали и скорректируют свою работу. Была проблема при заселении, т к при бронировании на сайте мы получили информацию о круглосуточной регистрации при заезде. Исправьте, что регистрация с 14 часов

"Как в Европе"

У этого отеля огромная территория, очень ухоженная. Мы как будто оказались в Европе. Прекрасные подъемники и горнолыжный курорт (Альпика и Лаура). Единственный минус - на территории только дорогие камерные рестораны. Придется немного потратиться, чтобы поесть. Но Очень вкусно. Инфраструктура невероятно продумана. В бассейн можно с детьми (а бассейнов три). Отличный спа в двух корпусах. Номера в стиле "швейцарского домика". Очень стильно и уютно. Из недостатков... Даже не знаю. Приедем в отель еще и еще.

В Гранд Отель Поляна мы отдыхали в третий раз. Ухоженная территория, охрана. Вкусные завтраки и ужины по типу шведский стол, очень разнообразные и вкусные. Удобно отдыхать с детьми, есть великолепно оборудованные детские комнаты с профессионалами-воспитателями. Закрытый бассейн, открытый 50 метровый бассейн с подогреваемой водой. Минус - не работала сауна у открытого бассейна и за две нед. так и не была починена.
