Tigh na Sgiath Country House Hotel

The staff were so friendly, welcoming and helpful. The building is beautiful, the breakfast served to your table was lovely, the room was immaculate and very comfortable, but the bathroom was the best surprise of all, absolutely huge, heated floor, massive shower, and even bigger jacuzzi bath, just wonderful.

WiFi connection wasn't the best, but a very insignificant worry to be honest!

The host was extremely friendly and welcoming and made us feel very comfortable during our stay. The location was excellent and we were surrounded by beautiful nature. The house itself was also very cute! We had quite a few options to choose from for breakfast and the kipper and the porridge were both very delicious!

The House is a Cosy, comfortable and relaxing hotel with a wonderful ambiance. Iain was very helpful. The breakfast was one of the best I have had in the most beautiful dining room looking out over the garden where we watched red squirrels.

The breakfast was excellent. Everything you would expect. I particularly liked the fact that hot toast was brought out at the right time rather than dumping on the table at the beginning which usually means it’s cold when you come to eat it. 😊 The service and attitude, friendliness, flexibility were exceptional. Lovely people, incredible hosts.

The rooms have been modernised but the common areas are a little dated.
