Desperately needs updating. Couch and cushions need cleaning. Whole building smells unpleasant. Great view and location though. Could be a little hidden gem with a refurb.

Had a great two night night stay Accessible to everything we needed : shops , beach and restaurants Will be back , in fact we’ve booked another night on our return journey

Great spot near the beach and a huge range of excellent eating places. My apartment on the 14th floor had everything you need. I didn't use the air con, just opened the window and balcony doors for beautiful sea breezes and sound of waves during the night. Great shower - fast to heat up and excellent water pressure. The decor is not flash but you have what you need. Check in was via keys in a safe but it went smoothly. Enjoyable 2 day stay.

Arrived around 3 on a Saturday and still the reception wasn’t open, which is fine because I’ve dealt with out of hours before. But on arrival you press a number on the key pad by locked hotel doors to dial the “reception”, who then ask you for your full details before they’ll open the doors. I then had to give my full credit card details over intercom with people standing around me. Really secure. Got to the room and there’s leopard print tweezers hanging off the lamp in plain sight which has me questioning whether anyone’s actually cleaned the room. I’m pretty sure the answer is no because we woke the next morning with swollen red eyes and sneezing so bad we could barely take a breath.

Stayed Saturday night as the hotel was close to the office Christmas party. Nice clean room, nice balcony, plenty of space. We didn’t use the kitchen but it looked useable and had everything you would need with a full sized fridge. Office wasn’t manned Saturday afternoon for checkin but the after hours service was easy to use. Nice cafes and restaurants, a convenience store and bottle shop just around the corner. Close to the beach as well. Would stay here again.

Rooms were a lot smaller then the photos made them look, the staff spoke very broken English and was hard to communicate with, other wise a nice place to stay.

We checked ourselves in at 3pm on a Saturday afternoon. Check in was done via an intercom and safe at the reception desk. Check in was very disappointing as reception was not staffed.

very quiet location . our room overlooked the ocean . friendly staff. rooms clean / bed comfortable.

Great place to stay close to Tedder st Cafes and close to the Beach
