Bonne literie, chambre spacieuse et salle de bain spacieuse et pratique. Restaurant sur place. Grand parking gratuit. Bon emplacement près de Galsgow avec un bon prix.

Beaucoup de bruit dehors la première nuit jusqu'à 2h du matin à cause du bar en dessous. Mais 2ème nuit bien meilleure. Tasses pas lavées après la 1ère nuit. Et seulement une grande et une petite serviette pour deux. Heureusement il y en avait de disponibles dans le placard dans la chambre.

All staff friendly and most helpful. We had a couple of minor issues with the room which were dealt with swiftly and efficiently. Excellent breakfast.

The staff were very friendly and the room was charming. I loved the character of the hotel. We enjoyed dinner and drinks in the bar and had a great evening there. We enjoyed conversing with some local people in the bar as well as the staff.

Our room was a bit warm for our comfort and we couldn’t really control the temperature very well. The hotel is a bit isolated, but since they had everything we needed onsite it was not a problem.

Issues with door lock ended up having to move room gave us another room which faced onto the flat roof which had issues with noise from air conditioning units coming on and off all night got no sleep at all.The room also had cracked window glass and also damaged glass cabinets.Requested to move room again the following morning for the remainder of our stay which they agreed to.The heating in the room was not working only had a plug in electric radiator.Towel rail in bathroom not working bathroom was freezing cold.Also the rooms have no soundproofing you can hear peoples conversations also people slamming other room doors in the corridor.When I checked out did not even get asked how was my stay just took the key off me.Would not recommend staying here.
