The Polish Place

Wow, you cannot complain about the view!!! Everything was superb from the wood stocked, the view from the bathroom window, the breakfast included. The only shame was the restaurant no longer in operation and the building that is not being used. It has sensational views. I will fef be back. 😃😃

Peaceful scenery

Lack of sugar and milk but every were is same.

Everything. Far exceeded expectations. The view is incredible, winter sunsets are stunning. Fire place (and aircon) to keep warm in Winter. Food basket was simple but a nice touch. And it was VERY clean and presented well.

Great view and location. Breakfast basket was lovely and easy check in.

Bed was a bit uncomfortable. Super bouncy so every time someone rolled over the whole bed moved. So not much sleep. Also the noise from the road is pretty loud which took away from the lovely option of a later check out / sleep in.

Only the view on the deck , that is the only thing good about this place

Breakfast included, only 3 pieces of bacon for 2 persons. Staff unreachable when we asked for kindling to start a fire, therefore fireplace was not lit ruining the ambience. More than 400 AUD per night is not worth the money for the a rundown place , dirty cups, unwashed throw blanket, uncomfortable pillows and mattress plus dusty fan

The view was spectacular! All the amenities were there right down to salt and pepper. The arrival basket was such a perfect touch . Who doesnt like freebies right!. It was just really great place to be .. we will be back for sure.

The traffic . But that's not in thier control.. I just hate traffic in general

The Polish Place was a gorgeous little chalet, it was cosy but also spacious enough for two people. In the afternoon we enjoyed relaxing on the deck overlooking the beautiful mountain view on the recliner. It was a lovely private setting. There was also a lovely spa and a fireplace. We loved the breakfast basket with fresh eggs, toast, and the bacon and fresh juice in the fridge.

Unfortunately there were no matches supplied for the fireplace that first night (supplied the next day when we let the hosts know). The following day the weather was very rainy and unfortunately the fresh kindling which was supplied at our door was wet by the time we arrived that afternoon which meant we couldn’t use the fireplace that night.
