Great location for bars and shopping. Very clean and spacious. Balcony was great in the hot weather. Very comfortable beds friendly and helpful staff on reception

The lift broke on our first morning and wasn’t fixed until morning we left. Not ideal in the hot weather and after a night out, but didn’t ruin our stay

The location was okay

It was incredibly dirty, the dishwasher was broken and unusable with a note on it. Not child friendly whatsoever, one fan in the middle of a heat wave to cool down a 2 bed apartment. No cot in room which we had requested when booking weeks in advance. Windows that opened far too wide and a child could quite easy crawl out of, also on the third floor so quite dangerous. Left a day early as completely not suitable for a toddler, incredibly noisy from street and from neighbours. Entire place seemed poorly maintained there was wooden panels hanging off over the courtyard if they had fallen they could have seriously injured someone. Would not recommend for families, maybe okay if you were going to be out drinking the entire time and wanted a place to crash.

De ruimte van het appartement was erg prettig. Twee apparte slaapkamers elk met eigen sanitaire voorzieningen was zeker een pluspunt. En het centrum was op loopafstand.

Het waren een paar warme dagen waarbij airco wel prettig zou zijn geweest.

Location is good

We booked this apartment for a two-night stay, and what should have been a pleasant trip was completely ruined on our second night. Starting from 11 PM, the neighbours next door threw a loud party with blaring music that went on nonstop. I immediately dialled the agent’s out-of-hours number to complain, and they said they’d pass the issue to the building caretaker. Sadly, absolutely nothing changed and the noise continued. When I tried calling for help a second time, I found my phone number had been blocked. I also sent a message through Booking.com to follow up, but it was never answered. The total lack of care and terrible customer service is truly shocking. I will never stay at this apartment again, and I will absolutely not recommend it to anyone. I also refuse to book any accommodation managed by this agent in the future. Avoid this place if you value a quiet night and proper support.
