Two bed apartment available at last minute.

Staff unhelpful. No secure parking disabled spaces at the property. Dirty linen. Dirty marks on walls. Silverfish in bathroom and hairs in bath. Not suitable bathroom for disabled person. No proper signage to get to room. Lift area was smelly and dirty. No privacy in daytime as no net curtains at window. Chunks of wood taken out of kitchen breakfast bar.All doors were propped open with bins instead of a wedge so kept slamming shut.

The cost of parking was cheaper in a nothing location across the road but only by £8 sow not to bad

Dopo la disaventurosa esperienza con un altro host che, nonostante avessimo pagato a novembre 2025 tramite Booking.com la sua struttura, il giorno del nostro arrivo a Liverpool ci ha comunicato con un messaggio che l'appartamento, nonostante l'avessimo pagato nel novembre 2025 tramite BOOKING.COM CHE L'APPARTAMENTO non era disponibile,. Quindi dopo l'autorizzazione del servizio clienti di Booking.com abbiamo prenotato questo appartamento. L'appartamento è su due livelli al 5° piano di uno stabile che ricorda i vecchi quartieri operai, con una vista strepitosa sul porto vecchio di Liverpool e sul quartiere di China Town, grazie al balcone posto al piano superiore, rispetto all'ingresso dove si sviluppa la zona notte con i relativi bagni, nella zona giorno. Due camere hanno il bagno annesso mentre la terza ce l'ha esterno, molto silenzioso. Nell'appartamento c'erano tutti i confort possibili compreso di Lavatrice e asciugatrice, oltre a forno, forno micronde, cantinettta per vini e lavastoviglie. Inoltre ci è stata data la possibilità di lasciarei bagagli alla reception dopo il checkout.

Dover essere dovuti andare via. Un vero peccato. Ci vivrei a vita in un appartamento così.
