"Welcoming and friendly b & b."

Lovely clean room. Comfortable bed. Friendly and accommodating staff. Off road parking.

Breakfast menu was rather limited with only croissants, bagel, toast, fruit juice, yoghurt and an apple or banana.

"Perfect stay to explore The Lake District"

This was a perfect stay. Easy 10 minute walk to Windermere or the same in the other direction down to Windermere Lake and the pier. Slightly longer walk up to the train station and the Information Centre to jump onto local tours. Alternatively, a very regular bus just outside the door. Very comfortable and quiet. Highly recommend.

"Enjoyed every Minute"

Had a lovely mini break at the Coach House. It was my first time as a solo traveller and I enjoyed the fact that I could relax and have breakfast in the room. The room was clean and comfortable and having a mini fridge in the room was ideal. Mark & Emma were perfect hosts.

The only issue I had was adjusting the shower to the correct temperature. I didn’t mention it to Mark or Emma during my stay but it maybe an issue for future guests.

"Nice weekend in the lakes"

Quick, easy booking. Good communication, nice breakfast. Double check parking, i did and it was fine and very accommodating , be sure to message venue. Only half a mile from windemere and half a mile the other way for bowness. A great base and short walk away from many venues and the lake for activities.
