"Lovely stay in Dundee!"

Margaret and Darren have been exceptional hosts. The B&b is easily reachable by bus and train from Dundee city centre and the room had everything we needed for our stay. Breakfast was freshly made in the morning, teas and coffees were available in the room.

"Fabulous accommodation in Dundee!"

The accommodation was beautifully presented, with lots of stylish details. The bathroom (see photo) was very stylishly appointed, too. Lovely views from the room (see photo). Breakfast was hearty and so nicely presented with our host dressing up as a chef. 😀 The hosts were very welcoming and friendly and the location was perfect as a base to explore Dundee. And Dundee is such a pretty area. There is also parking (limited) on the property, which is a rarity. Would definitely recommend this accommodation.

Very friendly owners nothing too much trouble. Excellent breakfast with so much choice. Well cooked and presented. Service excellent. Location better than expected, near the sea/beach lovely walks.

Lovely B&B, very clean, comfortable beds, the hosts were lovely and welcoming and the breakfast was excellent, would definitely stay there again if back in Broughty Ferry, highly recommend.

"We will be back!"

The very best thing about Ashley House is Darren and Margaret, the owners. What a lovely friendly couple, very down to earth and welcoming. Darren was quick to suggest that we could drop our bag off early, allowing us to freely enjoy our first day in delightful Broughty Ferry. We stayed in room 4. It was comfortable and clean with a very good quality tv compared to the usual guesthouse standard. Our bed was comfortable, and we slept well. Breakfast was excellent, particularly the scrambled eggs and sausages. Ashley House is well placed for exploring the lively high street shops and the beautiful seafront with its refreshing and rejuvenating walks but is not close enough to get noise in the evening. A place we will come back to.

Not very much. I have to say, we'll stay here next time we come to Broughty Ferry.
