The BnB was of a high standard, my room newly refurbished. The host and hostess were friendly and very helpful. Breakfast was excellent too. The location is very easy for walking into Conway.

Very welcoming and friendly atmosphere. Clean and comfy rooms with great views. Breakfast better than local restaurants, one of our favourite parts of the stay!
Could be better: 1. Limited parking (2 behind the property and 2 in front) 2. Closet space (plenty of hangers but barely able to hang 3 jackets) 3. Check out time (too rushed to check out by 10 AM. 4. Breakfast time limited (1 hour) Good: 1. Great breakfast offering (continental and cook to order menu) 2. Gill was very hospitable.

Andrew and Gill are two very dedicated hosts. The room was spotless, the location breath taking and an easy walk to the walled Town of Conwy. The bed was comfortable and our four nights were amazing. Breakfast selection was pleasing as was the cook to order hot breakfast.

I would give this B&B 10/10. Accomodation- food - the owners greeted us and said bye. Introduced us to the village - where to eat / what to see including Hadrians Wall and much more. Truly value for money. Wish we could have stayed longer. Regards to the James Family.
We enjoyed a fantastic stay here. The rooms have clearly been given a lot of care and attention to detail. There's everything you could need and they are very comfortable places to spend time and sleep. The view we had from our front room was superb. There's a fair range of breakfast options too. Highly recommended if you want to stay within walking distance of Conwy.
