Nr train station. Nr bus route. Shop and restaurant nrby. Comfy beds . Warm. Clean, lovely owners.

Steep hill to beach, but typical of st ives beaches.

"Stay was fine. The room was very tight to move around in."

It had parking which was good. A good location and I checked the cleaniness rating which were high so I chose this property.

There was an unpleasant smell throughout the building. My room was smelly I think it was the carpet it smelt like dried urine/perfumes used to disguise it. The room was very small for a double bed. I was expecting abit more space as it was tight moving around the room and bathroom was clean but very compact.
