"Well located for Bridlington Spa, great breakfast."

Great breakfast. Convenient location for Bridlington Spa.

We were on the 2nd floor and it took over 5 minutes for the hot water to reach our shower and then it was too hot.

"Seaside break with concert at Spa"

Excellent location on South Beach near the Spa theatre. Really good breakfast, staff were homely and accommodating.

Bed was a bit uncomfortable but not a major problem.

it was close to the beech

it was dated. needs a good clean. carpet dirty and very dusty round edges bed sank each side needs new mattress.
