Staff very welcoming and friendly... great location to stay from Perth racecourse....Room and breakfast was spot on and the evening meal food at the restaurant was fantastic... black pudding and goats cheese salad.....steak and chips... apple crumble and ice cream ...yummy and not forgetting the IPA,s
