Everything about this place was amazing. The staff was so accommodating and helpful. Our room was beautiful and clean. So many food options and loved all of them. I have nothing bad to say about this place! And will definitely visit again!!

The property is beautiful and there’s so much to do! The activities everyday are a must. We also were able to meet some lifelong friends at this resort that made the experience even better! The restaurant options are also very good. I think the best thing was the staff. They are so helpful and attentive it made us feel so special the entire time. They were so quick to help you with any issue. Here are just a few names of people that made our stay wonderful. To our ambassador Fernanda Pichardo, and to our butlers Gustavo, Patricia, Alexis and well as Alejandro with the wine tasting and helping us at Helios. There’s so many other amazing employees I can’t even name all of them. We will definitely be coming back! Definitely try out the spa for a massage and the Chic show/Bingo was super fun!

The staff at TRS and all of the Palladium resorts were amazing. So attentive and friendly. The food is pretty bad with the exception of the IO pool bar that had a rotating daily snacks and lunch. We did the PTC upgrade but didn’t really see what the big deal was. Maybe if the hotel had been at full capacity it would have made a bigger difference.

Great resort. Everyone was super friendly & recommended areas to dine at. Restaurants were great. Staff was super helpful with anything related to transportation, reservations & money exchange. Everyone made the stay enjoyable and relaxing. Definitely recommend.

The Resort was absolutely Beautiful. The Staff was Amazing.Sarah and her Bartender Team from the Lobby are 10/10. We so love them!!They were So Freindly and Fun When we hung out at The Bar . They make Amazing Drinks . Presentation of the drinks looks like something from magazine. Estephanie and Beach Staff were Just as Amazing. The Bulters Antonio and George were Great Very Friendly and accommodating to our needs . The Food Was Amazing . I highly recommended TRS Yucatan
