Ballifeary House

A great host, comfortable room, and a wonderful breakfast overlooking the beautiful garden. The house is within walking distance of the river and downtown. I would happily stay here again.

Nice B and B in Inverness. Fraser was helpful and professional. Place was great. We traveled without a car and the place is a 15- 20 min walk from city center and train station. It is a pleasant walk across the Ness river. Just be aware of check in and check out times as it is a small B and B and not a hotel. We are giving the stay a five star review and highly recommend it! We do have some suggestions : We found the room a bit chilly . The windows were east facing in our room . The very early to rise May Scottish Sun had us waking up in panic that we had overslept!!! Black out drapes would be a lovely addition to this nice place. We would have no hesitation in booking this place again!

Really comfortable and spacious room and bed. The breakfast was really nice and the owner had great tips. We would come back.

Ballifeary House, on Ballifeary Road, was nicely close to the city centre and also close to work I had to see to while in town which was ideal. The B&B was lovely, owner was welcoming and friendly, bedroom tho' small was more than adequate, ensuite was great and roomy, the whole place was exceptionally clean which is, believe it or not, a unique bonus nowadays! Breakfast was fantastic - beautifully cooked. This home is exceptional!

N/A ....well, maybe just the price via Booking.com for was the only off point. I had to be in town at short notice, so despite expense, it was unique to get somewhere as perfect as Ballifeary House!

Attention to every detail. Beautiful rooms. Plenty of parking. Located within walking distance to all the attractions. Wonderful home cooked breakfast. Fraser the host is very welcoming & a wealth of knowledge on travelling the Highlands.
