"Countryside escape"

Lovely setting in the countryside right next to the river.. We had a room at the top, it was comfortable and quiet for our night away. Breakfast was superb.

Great location for a peaceful respite. Food and beer really good. Staff very accommodating and friendly.

Air con unit below bedroom a little noisy during the night.

Good breakfast. Pleasant staff. Scenic location.

We paid well in excess of our average for accommodation expecting comfort and a little luxury. Our room was in poor condition. Bathroom door didn't close. Catch on bathroom window broken and held by string causing a draught. Lock on bedroom window came away in our hands. Radiator not working. Poor shower with a trickle of water. Hotel bochure in room covered in coffee stains.

"Lovely night away"

The location is beautiful.. The Anglers Arms is a 300 year old coach house. It is clean and comfortable and effort has been made to keep original features. Our breakfast was included and it was really tasty. It is obvious that local fresh produce is used. I requested a gluten and dairy free breakfast due to intolerance and this was immediately accommodated. Overall all a really lovely night away

"Very pleasant say in a nice cottage back to nature."

We stayed in the cottage. Lovely location with lots of birds, nature. Good facilities and we really liked the conservatory and garden. Beds comfortable. Facilities good. Food good in pub. Staff friendly. Amole parking.

Some noise from the kitchen extractor fan. Lounge not that comfortable for watching tv. Back gate latch broken and hard to access for short person.
