Lovely b&b rooms were clean and had everything you needed and staff were excellent

Cath was so kind and friendly. She kindly sourced me a gluten free breakfast to have in the room before we set off for our walk. The bed was comfortable and it was handy having Netflix on the TV. It was a great location, very close to Llangollen town.

The only criticism I would make it that the shower tray filled up quickly so showers had to be kept short. Otherwise everything was perfect for our 1 night stopover on the Offa’s dyke path.

Cath and team were incredible and went out of their way to make my stay as comfortable as possible. Cath is a wonderful host.

Room was clean and comfortable, tea and coffee available in room. Breakfast was exceptional, located in small town on River Dee, close to local shops/ eateries etc, steam railway and white water rafting available locally. Friendly staff, would be very happy to return, good value for money

for price cannot really find fault, follow suggestions of owner re parking and you should be happy
