Very nice friendly host. Good breakfast. Excellent location.

The mattresses were not as comfortable as we would have liked. Very noisy road although there is nothing that can be done about this so not the hosts fault.

Lovley B&B a stones throw from the main town. The lady covering for the owners,could not do enough for us. Breakfast was tops

Nothing really, the bathroom was small, but I could live with that.

It was warm and a great location with parking. Host was friendly and breakfast was plentiful.

Beds were very soft.

Conveniently located, super comfortable bed, great water pressure in the shower, and Cath is a lovely and welcoming host - could not fault this B&B. Thank you for making my stay so comfortable!

Cath was warm, lovely and welcoming. I felt included in the space. I liked how the room was clean, with food facilities. The bed was clean and very confortable. The room was really warm, cosy and helped me sleep. The door had good securitty and most of all, Cath kept my case safe which I appreciated so much. The breakfast area was clean and the service at breakfast was good.

I believe this is personal - and not everyone would feel this way. I personally have never really stayed in a B&M and I am more suited to a hotel so that could be personal preference. I did feel that the interior was dated and it felt more like a cosy cottage style and I suppose thats something I am not used too. I could hear a lot from other rooms, even hearing others pee and when the toilets flushed. I do feel that due to it being a house, you hear everything and thats something again I am not used too and would take a lot of getting used too. I do feel, however, that there wasn't anything I didn't like. I felt safe in the home and I didn't get a bad vibe or attitude from it. I just feel that I would like to explore more hotel based accomodation in the future due to my own personal preference. I would, however, like to stay again and would recommend booking this accomodation. If you like the cosy cottage and friendly feel of Llangollen, then I wouls highly recommend this place.

Excellent location. Exceptional welcome from the owner. Clean and well maintained room. Breakfast was 5***** Will book again.

Breakfast was very good and Cath was so helpful

The weather but that was no ones fault. Also, we could have saved £40 on the stay if we had booked directly with the property.
