Great for hiking as there were plenty of sockets to charge equipment and great places for drying

Host was amazing, immediately got us settled in and refilled all our water bottles after a tiring day. The room had wonderful crisp white sheets and dressing gowns! Best night sleep our entire holiday. Thank you!

Paul and Carol are really friendly and helpful and I always come back if staying in Keswick. It’s a very short walk into town and the bus stop is nearby too. The breakfast is excellent

Great location Good room to be fair

The emphasis seemed to be arround fitting round the owners rather than being treated as a guest. For instance I arrived after a long hike (heatwave weather) and the owner wanted to do intro talk at length . . I had to stop him to ask if I could just put my bag down first. Shared bathroom fine but the shower in it not very effective at all. Came away not feeling clean.

Location was brilliant. Very comfortable bed

Paul and Carol were great hosts. The property was clean, comfortable and in a great location. Breakfast was lovely too. Would definitely recommend this stay.
