The garden and surrounding area are very well kept and the lake view is amazing. Breakfast has local delicacies.. Staff is very helpful and accommodating.

Don't book the Deluxe Garden and Pine hill room - it faces the parking area and the windows point to the nearby accommodations. Hotel is busy with groups and they are very noisy - rooms are not noise isolated and you can hear everything from the room below or next door, Double beds are 2 beds zipped together and there is an uncomfortable ridge in the middle.

Tranquil and peaceful atmosphere. Our family having a suit with the lake views, the suit is spacious & comfortable and we absolutely love it. There is children place area which my 18 months toddler enjoyed ( even though we think it needs a-bit of an upgrade) Staff is so friendly and helpful. Another plus with the food so delicious from breakfast (offers around the region specialty), lunch & dinner with nice family dishes like chicken hotpot and the award winning is the coconut ice cream We're all in for next time!!!

There's isn't anything that we disliked besides recommending the resort to offers more frequent shuttle bus service to town.

Overall our stay was so so. We had a lot of issues during our stay. On our first night stay the water heater is not working and it took them an hour to figured out what's wrong. Then we encountered the same problem on our third night. No one is answering 555 hotline. We need to call "0" before we can connect to their restaurant. It also took them 40 mins for a fresh springrolls and a pizza. Upon check in our tour guide told us that if we soiled their towels we will be fined for them cleaning it. I find it silly and first time i've ever encountered this rule. Playroom is very dusty causing our toddlers have a running nose. We're having a evening drink in our room and on the last night we forgot to return all the wine glass in each respective room. In the morning when we're checking out they want to charge us for missing wine glass. Which of course absurd since we're mostly locate in one area and dont they noticed that one room has plenty of glasses. The lady manager/general manager also dont know how to speak english. For a 5 star hotel I personally think that she should know how to speak english even a little. When we had a problem in our check out she just stepped out of the counter. What kind of a manager is that?! Rooms are good. Wifi speed is decent. Everyday breakfast buffet is the same which makes it boring after staying 3 days or more. Huge thumbs up to bell boys they are very attentive. New Year's Eve gala dinner buffet was excellent! We enjoyed the food options. With all the issues we've encountered I personally dont think they deserved to be a 5 hotel but rather a 4 hotel.

Recommendations: * Short and sweet: Limit your stay to 2-3 nights for the optimal experience. * Two-wheeled freedom: Rent a motorbike for convenient and independent travel to the city. * Culinary escape: Don't miss Rừng Thông Mơ Farm & Bistro, a stunning restaurant 30 minutes away.

It’s a beautiful setting and I think if there had been more people there I would have rated it higher. Rooms are massive. Price for me was £80 a night. This is very good for a 5 * and the price was considerably dropped from the listed price.

Far too quiet with little atmosphere. A bar would have been good. As a single traveller, and to be honest one of the few European travellers there, difficult to socialise. The Christmas Eve party started at 6 and was finished by 8! Start a 5* hotel. 4 at the most. Food catered for local taste, which is fine, but other than burgers and pizza not much to get me interested. ( I do eat the local food as I am travelling for 3 months) but fancied a change!!!

Beautiful resorts with a walking path along Lake Tuyền Lâm. Near to Sam Tuyền Lâm Golf Club. Spacious room with an extra toilet. Love the buffet breakfast. Provide free shuttle to city.

Room below restaurant. Noise from moving tables and chairs very early in the morning.
