Unfassbar freundliche Mitarbeiter. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen, es lief alles reibungslos. Die Lage ist zudem sehr gut, sehr zentral, alles fußläufig erreichbar. Sehr zu empfehlen!

Nice hotel in a quiet street just outside the main tourist area. A few minutes easy walk down to the Rhine or up into the vineyards. The hotel is newly renovated and rooms are equipped with A/C and a small fridge, but no elevator if you need that. We had a 35m2 three-person room which was nicely separated (no door) for two and one person with a large bathroom. Breakfast is good and the wi-fi is excellent. The hotel has two parking spots, but there is a large car park just around the corner. Expect 10€ per day either place.

Hôtel très confortable et personnel accueillant et disponible. L'hôtel n'a pas de parking pour les voitures un peu surélevée. Le parking à proximité est à 10euros la nuit. Le petit déjeuner est à 12,5€/jour.

I loved the room, but it was quite a way from train station; dragging luggage up hill. The staff wasn't available after 19:30, which I knew about in advance. We had an issue with the TV. which was a huge deal for my husband but we couldn't reach anyone to find out what we were doing wrong. We finally figured it out. As i said, room was exceptional and staff was very friendly.

夫婦で2泊しました。部屋はとても清潔で、スペースも広めです。バスタブがあったのがとにかく嬉しかったです。スタッフの方はシンプル且つ丁寧に対応してくれました。 アメニティはボディソープのみです。 駅からは緩い登り坂を15分程歩きますが お土産やレストラン街を歩くため長くは感じません。 総合的にオススメのホテルです。

Ficamos em 8 hotéis em nossa viagem, e o Hotel Zum Baeren com certeza foi o melhor, no que diz respeito a atendimento, limpeza e conforto. Excelente.
