L’impressione generale è quella di un hotel essenziale, che offre i servizi base e permette di trascorrere una notte in modo semplice. Con qualche attenzione in più all’immagine e alla manutenzione, potrebbe sicuramente risultare più piacevole.

Una struttura che mostra chiaramente il peso degli anni e avrebbe bisogno di più cura e manutenzione. L’impressione generale è di un hotel un po’ lasciato andare, dove alcuni dettagli danno subito l’idea di un posto non valorizzato come meriterebbe. La nota che colpisce di più, in negativo, è l’acquario nella hall con due pesci rossi: acqua a metà, nessun ricircolo visibile e nessuna decorazione. Un’immagine davvero triste, che trasmette più trascuratezza che accoglienza. Peccato, perché con un po’ più di attenzione ai particolari la struttura potrebbe fare una migliore impressione.

The location - close to the airport by car. That's the only advantage.

It was the worst hotel I have ever been to. When we got there (we were with 2 tired kids and it was around 9pm), the receptionist seemed annoyed, and he told us that we did not have a double bed room reserved. We told him we reserved via Booking and we selected the double bed option instead of 3 singles and he said, very angry again, that he cannot see what we selected there, but he is nice enough to give us the double bed room. When we got to the 2nd floor, there was a mold smell everywhere, but when we got into the room it was terrible. Our toddler fell asleep instantly so we were not able to switch rooms or anything, but i was not able to sleep due to the smell. The room was not clean, there was no toilet paper in the bathroom. The carpet was dusty, the wardrobe had no doors. The absolute worst hotel i have ever been to. I couldn't wait for the sun to rise so we can leave faster.
