"Extremely poor"

The room that was given to me sadly had damaged windows & was open all the time & as I currently have an heart condition this didn’t help my stay & as the Hotel didn’t have staff on duty so I wasn’t able to ask for another room & parking for disabled people was very limited too.

Have members of staff to sort out any problems as they come to light.

It was clean and tidy and very spacious.

There didn’t appear to be many staff on shift. The lady on reception seemed to be doing all jobs!

"Nice hotel"

The spa and pool area was lovely. The staff were really friendly and helpful. Most of the food was nice. The room was a bit dated but it was warm and comfortable and we had a great week in Suffolk.

The bed was too soft and the pillows were hard.
