"Brilliant location, gorgeous food and very friendly staff"

Staff, facilities were lovely and the bed was really comfortable.

Bottom of shower tray looked really grubby, bathroom door was warped along the bottom due to water damage and bathroom looked a little tired

"Needs a little bit of TLC"

Great location. Friendly staff.

Room was quite small. Bed was super soft & we both nearly rolled out of bed as there was no support in the mattress. Air lock in toilet which makes a loud noise when the upstairs room flushed their toilet. Reported to reception on check out.

"lacking in detail- no tissues/soaps/vanity items/fruit."

the food was mediocre for both breakfast and dinner; we have stayed there many times over the years, and both meals this rime were below par. the main falafel courses at dinner were so bad we asked them to be deducted- which to their credit they did. our room was at the front - it was large but being at the front was right on the high st - which was certainly not quiet.
