"The bad hotel"

Nothing. Except the toilet is reasonably good and accepted.

Bad quality staff and too old fernatures in the room. Noisy area due to the night bar. People are coming from anywhere. The atmosphere is NOT comfortable at all, especially for families. One thing which is really funny: you are only allowed for two free bottles of water (500 mL) per night, any extra water you need, you must pay 😂 ( 0.7 OMR for 1 litter bottle). From my experience, If you don't have anywhere to stay at Muscat, think about this hotel as a last option.

The location is quite far away from the city, you need taxi/car, with public transport it takes about an hour to get somewhere centrally

The room was very clean, there's plenty of parking and the price is very reasonable. The staff was nice.

The furnishing and the overall look of the hotel is rather outdated. It's understandable given the price.
