Hotel Embajador Puno

Un hotel que se encuentra cerca del centro, estación de trenes, terminal terrestre y con muy buen ambiente.

It's very centrally located, near to markets, restaurants, shops and a Plaza Vea. (Peru's version of Walmart) No heat, but I've found that isn't uncommon in this region. Ask for an extra blanket. In-room wifi was good and so was the cable TV selection. My room overlooked the street, which may be a bit noisy, for some, but I liked watching the hustle & bustle. It's a good 10-15 walk, to the lake. It's a bit run down, but I didn't find it actually dirty. The sheets were clean and the bed was comfortable. It was reasonably priced, for what you're getting.

Awful hotel. Very dirty, in particolar the double rooms. The bathroom was very old, dirty and without towels and toilet paper. The wi-fi didn't work. The receptionist weren't gentle and they didn't care about our complains and questions. It's located in a very poor area of Puno.

The hotel looks kind of creepy yet it was inexpensive and had better price/quality ratio than the nearby hotels. The beds are big and comfortable. Otherwise rooms lack equipment, hot water is not reliable and our private bathroom was in a very bad shape. WiFi only in the reception area. Overall - you will survive sleeping there and can get a nice price but don't expect nothing more.

L hôtel était très bien située mais aucun confort , la pluie entrait de partout, il a fallu s acheter du papier hygiénique car ils disaient ne pas en avoir,les serviettes semblaient avoir été utilisé sans lavages,,, Aucune lumières le soir dans les corridors surtout au troisième étage.

立地はすごく良かったが、この程度のホテルとしては普通。特に特記することはなし。

The hotel was fine, no maid service, breakfast included, had an internet terminal. Staff was helpful for finding buses, tours, etc. Good location, close to train, super market, and walking distance to the main tourist area (bars/clubs). There was a problem with the water pressure and one day we did not have hot water because the pumps failed. This was a frequent occurrence.

If the Punuypampo in Puno was the best hotel I stayed in, then this hotel was the worst. The absolute worst. The rooms were cold, I had no hot water for 2 days and left early (Expedia you will be hearing from me for a partial refund) with my laundry that I left when I arrived, still wet. The place was run by boys who did not have much idea of what running a hotel was. I do not blame them at all, the manager who I caught sight of briefly is responsible for the training, or lack of it. Just stay away from this hotel.

Was definitly more like a hostal than hotel, miles away from 3 stars (internationally at least). The room was comfortable. Location not the best for tourists but a walking distance from the 'center'. Misrepresenting marketing and therefore didn't live up to our expectations.

Los dos días que nos hospedamos en el Hotel Embajador fuimos muy bien atendidos y el desayuno fue oportuno en el tiempo y bien servido gracias GUILLERMO
