Windfalls Boutique Hotel

We had the most perfect pre wedding retreat . It was the perfect sanctuary - every detail thoughtfully considered . I particularly loved the generous bedroom and real fire ! The decor was very tasteful - I felt as if I was in a spacious luxury home . The views were a joy - The hosts couldn’t have been more welcoming and helpful. She ensured that the space was immaculate throughout but with a warmth and attention to detail that made it feel really special. Breakfast was fantastic! Thankyou - we’d love to come back . A well decorated place furnished with gorgeous unique pieces - really appreciated the plush feel of the bed. Had a very comfortable, restful stay as it was quiet and the location is nestled away from the main hubs of Crawley.

Doesn't have the amenities of a hotel. Whilst it is clear that the owners have put alot of thought into the decor, the cleanliness level for a place labelled 5 stars is sub-par and the paint on the walls was peeling in large areas due to heat damage. There were cobwebs in the corner of the room by the lamp and also an old receipt in the bathroom and 2 hairs in the shower. Also, we had agreed on late checkout prior to the stay, but the owner had forgotten this on the morning after! We didn't get kicked out or anything but I was taken aback by her saying I should've reminded her again! Her disposition comes across as rude. In addition, the breakfast is extra which is fine but was disappointing as the eggs are bought out on the assumption you want them well done, and the ingredients used for breakfast are clearly basic.

What a lovely boutique hotel. Very comfortable either way person touches.

Lovely host, the room was cosy and comfortable, the bed was like sleeping on a cloud. It was also quiet which gave the impression you could have been anywhere in the countryside. We will definately be returning.

It felt like a lovely home rather than a stale hotel. So cosy. Gorgeous breakfast, too.
