Cost. Breakfast was ok but nothing special.

Bathroom was dirty. Cobwebs, hair in the sink and hair on the soap dispenser.

The room was very nice Staff very friendly Breakfast was great

Staff were really approachable and helpful.

The room we were advertised on Booking.com was not the same as the one we received. We booked with the newer room in mind, with an en-suite but instead was given a small room, with a private bathroom. Although this was suitable for the duration of our stay we’d hoped we’d get the room we had booked initially.

The location was lovely.

The room was not as clean as expected. There was visible dust, cobwebs, and remnants of dead insects, particularly around the windows, curtains, and bed frame—areas that could benefit from more thorough vacuuming. The toilet had not been properly cleaned, and there was someone else’s hair left in the bath. There was also no skylight blind, which made sleeping difficult. To add to this we arrived to find we were in a different room than booked. Given the price, a higher standard of cleanliness was anticipated
