Bed was clean, smelled nice, and very comfortable. Bathrooms were also clean and never had to wait for one.

Walls were a little thin

Had all that we needed. No frills but comfortable bed, basic cooking facilities and hot showers ticked all the essentials. Also proved easy to get to using the bus system, and handy being able to go downstairs to the ryna restaurant for breakfast (and dinner if needed).

Traces de sang seché sur les draps. Bruits constant de la ventilation (on aurait dit un tracteur au ralenti) Aucune reponse de la direction Sdb qui sent fort l'urine. Enfin le lit etait minuscule. Pour ce prix c'est un non. Ca ressemble plus a un dortoir qu'a une chambre d'hotel.

Etablissement très bien situé à proximité d'une ligne de bus (807) pour se rendre directement au centre ville. parfait pour un séjour à faible coût à Quebec. Possibilité de cuisiner sur place, frigo ... Très bon restaurant au sein de l'établissement pas trop cher.

Les chambres sont quand même pas trop isolées du bruit entre elles et les parties communes.

While not everything was in perfect condition, such as the grouting of the showers having a bit of mold or chipped glass, the location was comfortable, welcoming, easy to access, and clean of any and all bugs. It is right next to a convenient bus route into downtown and the old city (Rte 807, use the RTC paiement app!), as well as a delicious bakery for easy breakfasts and lunches. Considering the complementary services, such as a TV with a variety of streaming platforms, laundry machines, kitchen supplies, etc, and such a low low price, I would absolutely return here without hesitation if I’m ever in the city again.

You have to be aware that this place functions essentially as a hostel with private rooms, and the reception desk being the same desk as the restaurant below is not the most intuitive. These shared utilities are the biggest downside, and it’s reflected in how cheap this location was to book. However, I never had to fight for space or feel like I was in the way. There are 8 total rooms at this location, so encountering other guests was infrequent and I could exist in a comfortable privacy even in the common areas.
