College View Apartments

The location was amazing and our landlord was very nice and understanding. She accommodated our needs and provided free parking as well. All in all it was a pleasant stay.

The only negative comment is that the apartment was a bit small.

Location, car park, kitchen equipment.

I've booked 25m2 room but I've got not event 15 m2. Bathroom needs new shower head, was very moldy.

I love the self-service aspect. It's not easy to find available one-bed apartments with washing machines in Cork. Even though it's communal downstairs, it's not far, and I didn't have to wait in line to get access to it. Mop and bucket is also downstairs if you need it. The cleaner is very nice. Walking distance from the city center, but the bus also goes right beside the apartment. Despite it being a main road, it's not noisy with closed windows. It was my second stay here, and would love to come back again.

We had to dismantle the bathroom basin's drain pipe because the accumulated debris had blocked the flow. The shower is small and electric, so have to make sure it's on the least moody setting, and wait out the first half minute when it's either burning hot or ice cold. No shelves in the bathroom.

The space in apartment 5 top of house was great! Wd have been good for 2 people too. Excellent view. Nice neighbourhood. Handy location. Free parking in the drive. Texted the manager a few times with queries and received quick replies. Bathroom pretty small but perfectly functioning. Have tried to book again but is v popular, understandably! Very satisfactory for me. Full kitchen facilities if you need them top notch.

Pillows a wee bit hard for me, but cd be fine for others.
