Mooie locatie in de Medina, mooie dakterrassen en zeer vriendelijk behulpzaam personeel. Je moet voor de kamers op de verdiepingen wel goed ter been zijn, maar ook prachtige kamers op de begane grond. Parkeren net buiten de muren geen probleem.

Service & Staff Friendliness The staff are warm, attentive, and professional, making guests feel truly welcome from start to finish. Special Mention – Khalid Khalid’s kindness and attentive personal service stood out—he made the stay feel unforgettable with his warmth and care.

Un acierto total para alojarse en la Medina de Fez. Riad Said está bien ubicado, para ir andando a todos los sitios. Cuando entras, te encuentras con un palacio impresionante, totalmente restaurado, que te deja sin palabras. Habitación espaciosa y con cada detalle cuidado al máximo. Pero además de toda su belleza, lo que destacamos es la atención de su personal, en especial queremos mencionar a Omar, que nos ha hecho sentir como en casa. La próxima visita que realicemos a Fez, repetiremos sin dudarlo.

Ubicación a 10min caminando de la puerta azul, lleven suficiente agua por qué no dan ni un vaso al llegar o en el desayuno y cobran la botella en 3.5 eu cuando afuera no te cuesta ni uno, el desayuno muy rico

La struttura è semplicemente meravigliosa e in un'ottima posizione. L' accoglienza e la presenza costante ma non invadente di Omar e Ali perfetta. Inoltre abbiamo avuto la fortuna di avere la" stanza" ( una splendida suite con tanto di terrazzo) più bella Quindi consigliatissimo! Ci torneremo sicuramente!!!

Se proprio devo trovare un difetto forse la luce un po' fioca in camera...ma è davvero un' inezia.
