Breakfast was nice and sunbeds were available all the time. Staff was super helpful. The beach is quite good although you have a short but steep walk.

I wish the hotel restaurant wasn't closed at 7pm

"Cozy, quiet hotel with a beautiful sea view, comfortable rooms and friendly staff."

The room was new and clean with air conditioner and everything we needed. The staff was so attentive and kind. Breakfast was good enough with healthy food.

- The air conditioner in first room was broken. This problem was solved and a day later we were moved to a new room. - The beach is 5 minutes away and we walked through the construction site of a nearby hotel (it was June). - The restaurant in the hotel closed early. We didn’t like the menu because it’s not possible to order dishes with meat or fish. - Breakfast was good but it was the same food every day.

Excellent location and very nice beach access and pontoon , two very nice pools

The restaurant closes at 7pm which means that you must go to town for dinner, there is no option to have dinner at the property or at 6pm which is not convenient on holidays!

"Enjoyable with nice views"

It's a cute hotel. We had an issue and needed this hotel at midnight. They were very accommodating and helpful. The room was spacious and had everything we needed. The pool was nice to have for a quick dip. It's also conveniently located from a public beach (5 min) and about 10 min to Kas center.

The floor could use to be mopped. Our feet were dirt black when we first walked barefoot. Breakfast was all wrapped up each morning which was a little inconvenient to wrap each item while carrying a plate. The staff were very friendly but it was a little hard to communicate in English.
