Near the train station, clean and comfortable rooms, convenient check-in

I had trouble receiving the electronic key via email. I contacted the accommodation provider, and the issue was resolved.

Saubere Zimmer

Schlecht organisiert, nur dich mehrmaligen Anrufe kam ich in mein Zimmer.

This is a very good, simple hotel, with great service personnel who go out their way to help. Clean, easy to check-in, easy to park. If you need to get to the city center quickly, have no great expectation for luxury, but for cleanliness and comfort. This is the hotel.

I tend to get sent to the very back rooms, which involves changing lifts, and is not too easy to access the parking when moving luggage. I hope next time I will get an easier room to access. I will stay again.

Kein Empfang Keine Rezeption

Das Hotel ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen (u.a. Schimmel in den Silikonfugen der Dusche), auch die Sauberkeit (dreckige Fenster, Handabdrücke früherer Gäste an den farbig gestrichenen Wänden) könnte besser sein.

Beim Frühstück musste ich erstmal fragen, dass jemand einen dreckigen Tisch (den einzigen freien) abwischt, damit ich mich daransetzen kann. Dann gabs erstmal keinen Kaffee, weil die Maschine gewartet werden musste.
