Das Zimmer sowie das separate Badzimmer (welches im Flur ist) riecht ein bisschen komisch. Bei hoher Temperatur wird es drin eher ungemütlich weil keine Klimaanlage vorhanden ist.

Positiv aufgefallen ist uns sofort die Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter. Ob es bei der Ankunft war oder am nächsten Tag beim Frühstück durchweg alle Mitarbeiter machten einen offenen freundlichen Eindruck, waren immer positiv, man hatte das Gefühl, dass denen alle das Hotel gehört und nicht wie bei vielen Häusern, ich verdiene hier nur mein Geld. Was natürlich auch für das Hotel spricht die gute Lage zum Musical und man ist auch direkt in der Stadt.
