Huone oli mainostettu ilmastoituna. Todellisuudessa ilmastointi ei toiminut, huoneessa oli 28.5 astetta lämmintä. Pitkät jonostusajat. Vastaanottovirkailija välinpitämätön tilanteesta. Aamupala oli huono, ravintola O’learys surkea ruoka ja asiakaspalvelu.
