Excelente Hotel bem localizado, café dentro da normalidade, nada de especial mas sempre repondo mesmo cheio. Piscina bem agradável.O quarto excelente, banheiros perfeito, a única situação q desagradável foi 1 dia a limpeza do quarto q não foi adequada, comunicamos a recepção e logo foi solucionado.

A experiência foi boa, o Hotel e bom, quarto bom só achei o banheiro pequeno, porém suficiente para uma boa ducha. Cama muito boa, ar condicionado excelente e boa grade de canais de TV, restaurante Alacarte, o prato que pedi frango a parmegiana, muito bom e muito bem servido. O Atendimento do Vitor no restaurante faz a diferença.

A estrutura do hotel é razoavelmente boa. Contudo, os serviços precisam melhorar. O atendimento no check-in foi lento e sem acolhimento adequado. O serviço da cozinha péssimo (não atendiam à chamada telefônica nas primeiras chamadas e em outra deixaram aguardando sem dar retorno); não serviram café que inclusive constava no cardápio, com a justificativa de que a cafeteira estava quebrada. Enfim, precisam de melhor supervisão e eficiência.

o Hotel é bom de uma forma geral, café da manhã muito bom. O hotel possui 2 prédios separados e tomamos chuva para voltar do café da manhã, além disso o elevador quebrou no sábado a noite e até o meio dia de domingo ainda não havia sido consertado.
