Great quiet rural setting nearby both Milton Keynes, Northampton and surrounding national trust sites

Quiet, clean and comfortable.

The breakfast was very good indeed. There all the usual cereals and yoghurts and the cooked breakfast was excellent, not at all greasy with nice quality ingredients. The proprietor was delightful and friendly. Additionally, the setting of the farmhouse was in lovely countryside and very peaceful.

I had such a lovely stay. The property was beautiful and I felt so welcome. They accommodated me in every way and were so friendly and helpful. Everything was clean, quiet and comfortable. The grounds are stunning and I had the most delicious breakfast. I can't recommend it highly enough.

A simply fabulous location to stay in, if you like peace and quiet, amid glorious countryside, a long long way from any passing road. The silence is magnificent. At 68, I don’t think I ever slept so well. Lovely people in charge. Ok, so a small fridge in the room would be nice, but still 5* plus. Thank you for a wonderful stay. Tom, Lucy and Romahno ( 3.5 years :))

Not a thing.

1 night stay for work, having stayed before. Previously breakfast was included in the accommodation cost, now it is not. Great room, decaf tea and coffee provided as requested. Good ensuite as well as Wifi and TV (small). Free parking on site. Need to drive and get food, nothing close by or even walkable.

A wonderful welcome from Linda, a beautiful setting, lovely traditional room and perfect for my needs …restful space, really comfortable bed and exceptionally clean.

Lovely old traditional building with sensitive updates. Set in open countryside. Very quiet and secluded. Beautiful gardens and large bedrooms. Only the sound of wood pigeons.
