Secluded location walking distance from Farnham park and town. Really good Italian restaurant on site. Room 1 comfortable and generally ok but small.

just what we needed for overnight stay,bed a little uncomfortable we both kept sinking into middle of mattress!!!! seemed to have sage in the middle!!also had to shut window owing to noise from kitchen fan !!food staff restaurant excellent!!

Great quiet location and parking, warm welcome, cosy comfortable room and food excellent. Lovely atmosphere felt at home. We have family nearby and will definitely be back!
