"Great location spacious rooms something for everyone"

Good location near entertainment area with many eateries. Rooms were clean and spacious and the staff were generally helpful and polite. Have stayed here several times and will be back again

Broken air con not attended to for 5 hours. Had to change rooms as it could not be fixed. Very busy hotel with only 2 elevators used by customers and staff. Front desk staff follow up on issues was not up to standard

Location was good for what I needed for my stay. Breakfast was great and had a good variety to choose from each morning.

Housekeeping did not clean the tub in the room unless you brought it to their attention. Sometimes it would be 3or 4 days before they cleaned the tub.
