"Disappointing and never to be repeated"

Nothing to say, as the bad far outweighed the good. This section of the response is redundant due to the bar managers lack of capability.

The new bar manager was rude, insensitive and not at all intuitive, I loved this place on previous stays, the bar manager has made sure I will stay anywhere else and hence the varying scores

Everything. From the excellent staff welcome, clean and well finished room and it facilities. Quiet location. Good, reasonably priced food and drinks.
