The location was good

There was a wedding and an 18th Birthday party on with no warning when we booked (we were running 100km the next day). Live music and karaoke that could be heard in your room until 0030 and then drunk people loudly arguing in the corridor all night long. If you have big functions booked the rooms shouldn’t be available to the public.

We had a fantastic stay. Room was absolutely spotless and quiet, lovely friendly staff. Food was delicious and we will definitely be back! Highly recommend this lovely place.

Nice room with lovely views from the terrace.

We did not receive room service during our 3 day stay, even though we hung the card on the door requesting it. It said in the information book in the room we would receive room service daily. Luckily there were milk etc supplies left in the entrance way to the rooms. We were out each day with family and did not get back until the pub was closed so couldn't ask.

Very good value money. Superior room fabulous view. Lovely balcony.

Room had wi fi problem due to distance from hotel

The room was awesome. Great shower very comfortable bed. Very clean. Into weeks of cycling through Wiltshire Somerset this was the first place I found which served a Plowmans Lunch. So I would give it a 10 just for that. Really pleasant place to stay

It was conveniently located and had plenty of parking. Their menu was very much pub food and there may be a separate menu for vegetarians but I think you have to ask for that.

Lovely view and clean and tidy

Tidy comfortable room in an external outbuilding from the main pub, good access and parking. Food was excellent and large portions, only stayed the one night but would happily return.
