Quiet, opposite beach. Excellent Breakfast.
Spot on, friendly hosts, very clean and tidy accommodation, well decorated and lovely comfortable bed, location was excellent with free parking, breakfast was perfect, we will be returning soon.
This guest house is located on Eastbourne seafront opposite the Eastbourne Redoubt. My single room was ensuite and had a sea view. Breakfast was good with options being chosen and submitted the night before. This meant preparation times were extremely quick.
From start to finish we had a lovely stay. Karen and mark were great very accommodating . We had booked into sea view top floor room , unfortunately my husband is not very well and Karen moved us to a ground floor room. We stayed in the Africa room , beautifully decorated and very comfortable bed . Breakfast was lovely and great poached eggs . Would definitely be staying here again . All rooms are beautifully decorated .
I stayed at The Langtons for two nights and had a very pleasant stay! My room was a single room with an en suite and a balcony with a sea view. I appreciated the kettle, variety of teas, coffee and even hot chocolate. The room was cleaned in the morning for me and everything I had used was replaced. I loved the breakfast system of ticking what you wanted for the next morning. The food was lovely and there was a good selection of choices. Mark and Karen were very friendly and welcoming and I would recommend highly.

Great say at this beautiful guest house. Lovely friendly wecome. Room was bright, clean and comfortable. Great location with a sea view. Breakfast was excellent. Would definitely recommend this place if you are visiting Eastbourne or the surrounding areas.
Great B&B on the seafront. Close enough to the attractions and shops etc to be able to walk but far enough away not to be disturbed by any late night noise. Friendly and welcoming family run establishment. Nice breakfast choices from local suppliers, cooked excellent. Quiet room with everything we needed. Will certainly be back and will be recommending to friends and family.
Welcome was not particularly warm. Communication lacked empathy and rather combative. Cannot comment on breakfast as plans did not fit with B&Bs offering. Breakfast is only available at 0830 or 0915. Paid for but rendered useless. Parking is not as inferred. One has to jostle with residents, businesses and other visitors for on street parking, which subsequently led to parking several streets away.
