Lovely staff, treated myself to the deluxe double room which was beautiful and spacious. Quality breakfast with plenty of choice. Have stayed at The Helaina a number of times and would highly recommend.

4th floor. Up, lack of hooks to hang outdoor coats. No plug for razer or electric toothbrush.

Lovely stay, spotlessly clean, spacious room decorated to a high standard, extremely comfortable bed and lovely soft bedding and comfy pillows, great power shower, well thought out with plenty of attention to detail, great breakfast, again to a very high standard, friendly host. Will definitely return and would highly recommend.

The room was large and spotless throughout, (room 9). Very good bathroom and shower. The breakfast was fantastic, with quality produce and choice. All the staff were polite and attentive.

Nothing really, our room was on the 4th floor, so you need to have a reasonable fitness level, as no lifts are available.
