"Perfect place to stay"

The family room was just perfect , well laid out still giving privacy from 2 separate rooms. It was like a little flat which was a lovely surprise

Excellent

Would have been great to have the personal touch...a phone call or contact after check in. All done through Booking.com and efficient, but lacks the hum a n contact and reassurance.

"Good location, needs a new bed and a fan"

Location, the shower, the tv and the fact there was a fridge with milk in for a cup of tea.

The bed- too soft, saggy, creaky and uncomfortable. It was so hot that we could have really done with a fan. The bedside cabinets were wobbly.

"Over all great location, lovely self contained family apartment."

We were a family of four and the space was great. we stayed just one night as we were passing through. Main room had a double bed with Kitchenette and table, the other room had 2 single beds. fabulous bathroom . Kitchen was equipped with tea ,coffee , milk and cereal which was great. We found off street parking quite easily, Location is great to walk into centre of Penzance . check in, and check out was hassle free as our host Steve reached out before our arrival to make sure we were fully informed of check in details.

"Very Good"

Shower was really nice. A big fridge and a microwave, which is not very common, was a nice touch, even though we didn't use it.

The mattress was really uncomfortable! I had no idea how did we manage to sleep on it for 4 nights. Also, the shower tray was dangerously slippery.

"We would stay again..."

The apartment we had was much bigger than we expected and had everything we needed for our stay. It was a nice touch to have fresh milk in the fridge for tea, coffee and cereals, which were also included. Great location by the seafront and a nice park, plus a Lidl nearby too. The hosts (Steve and Julie if I remember correctly) we're very friendly and chatty and let us check in early after we arrived by train early.

"Exceptional"

Steve was so lovely and acommodating - he gave us one of the apartments as we had so much camping stuff and we were able to check in earlier, which was a huge help. It was a really nice space in a fantastic location- I'd definitely stay there again!
