The inter leading doors between rooms… when someone checks into the room next door it’s very noisy and feels as if they are in your room I had to wear ear plugs and take a sleeping pill because inevitably they come back late at night and make a hell of a noise

Really good location opposite train station and close to Surrey Hills. Nice property, food excellent

Food was delicious. The room was spacious and quiet with air conditioning making it comfortable overnight. Staff were lovely, chatty and helpful especially Damien, Reuben and Anya.

Stairs to the rooms were steep but that can't be helped as it's an old building.

Very friendly and welcoming staff and service, Very good value for money for the room and for breakfast All the facilities we need including fridge in the room. Great location directly opposite the station

Rooms are clean and comfortable but a bit small

Staff very helpful and friendly. Got cleaners to do our room early and let us in the room early in the morning when we arrived without pre booking it. Breakfast just as you want it. Shower excellent.

Very large well decorated room with good sized comfortable bed. Quiet with air conditioning and lovely black out curtains

The room looked out onto a patio and it was unclear if this was for room guests or all hotel patrons. This reduced the level of privacy we felt which would have been improved if the window had net curtains.

Very acommadating and were able to include family for evening meal and breakfast
