The hotel is wonderful and owners cannot do enough to assist you. The breakfast is superb and you can ask for anything else and the owners are only too willing to provide what you want. The bedrooms are lovely and beds comfortable and very clean. Everything is provided for you I.e. towels and soaps and gels etc.

Very nice bed and breakfast, with great hosts,very good location with short walk to both pier and main attarcitons and also town centre. Very clean rooms and great breakfast service would defiantley stay here again and reccomend to all thanks for an excellant all round stay

"Excellent guest house in Skegness."

I suppose this is a typical English guest house, but I was impressed. The room was charming and comfortable, and the owners seem to have gone to a lot of trouble to provide every comfort. The proprietor was friendly and helpful, and the "full English breakfast" was superb. It is located in a quiet street two blocks from the town centre.

"Linroy Guest House - can't fault it."

Very good B+B, Angie and Mich run a great place for a great price, worth every single penny. Give me this type of B+B any day over some faceless chain hotel. Would certainly recommend to others. And you were right Mitch! It was alot quicker to go on the M62 than the A57. Not only do they run a fantastic B+B, they also give good advice on which way is quicker to go home! Thanks again for a wonderful stay, and if I'm in Skegness again, I would certainly go back! Cheers Richard (UKIP 2012 spring conference)
