Great location only a few 100 yards to sea front. Very close to town also. Martin the owner does a great breakfast

Loved it nothing to dislike but i did only stay 1 night.

The owners were very friendly and accommodating. They let us leave our suitcases to collect later in the day as our home train wasn't until the afternoon. The beds were extremely comfortable and the room large and very clean. The fridge was a nice addition, as was the tea and coffee maker. The full English breakfast was lovely, and it was nice that they catered for gluten and dairy free diets, thank you. This was one of the reasons I booked. It was in a quiet location away from the noise of the resort. There is a lovely park just around the corner that my granddaughter loved playing on.

The shower was a little awkward to figure out and the hot water seemed to take ages to come through.

It feels home, it is very cosy and they pay attention to little details. You just feel home.
