Dene House

Stayed for one night while attending a friend's engagement party in town. Was greeted by a really kind older gentleman who made me feel right at home. Room was cosy, and came equipped with a variety of teas, coffee and hot chocolate, and even though I didn't spend too much time at the hotel itself, I really enjoyed my experience here. The following morning, I had an excellent breakfast. I didn't feel like eating much, but I had a really nice kipper and toast with homemade marmalade, all with great service! The cooked breakfast that another guest was having also looked really good. All of this was at an outstanding price! Five stars from me!

Welcoming hosts. Clean comfy bed and room. Excellent breakfast. Beautiful walk along beach to attractions. 2 mins to beach and Venetian waterways. Excellent value for money. Best place I've stayed in great Yarmouth

The owner is very helpful and accommodating. and cooks very nice breakfasts! This was the third hotel in Great Yarmouth that I stayed at in recent months and was the best of the three....free parking in the same street also. highly recommended.

The dene guest house was lovely 😍 I booked a standard double room. The breakfast was lovely and hot from the first bite to the last. The breakfast menu was exceptional with plenty to choose from. The host was lovely and helpful. The money I paid to stay there was very good value. I would definitely stay there again. Thank you very much.

The location was a bit of a walk to the seafront and town. But if u like walking then not a problem.
