La atención de la gente de recepción

Las instalaciones son viejas. Poco mantenimiento, poco iluminado. La limpieza no fue el punto fuerte, sobre todo el baño tenia pelos de otras personas. En la recepción no contaban con cambio, ni con un taxi para llamar y pagar con tarjeta. Esto es muy imporante para alguien que viene de otro pais. Ademas no pudieron hacernos factura fiscal por ser una empresa del extranjero.

Buwna ubicación, amplitud, limpieza, comodidad, excelente desayuno y comida del restaurante y amabilidad de los empleados.

Nada negativo .Todo me gustó

The central location is definitely a plus, with many attractions in Lima’s historic center within walking distance. The room itself was spacious and generally clean, and the bed was comfortable enough for a short stay.

The breakfast advertised as “good” is very misleading and far below 3-star hotel standards. It mainly consisted of cheap bread, packaged jam, fruit compote, and a small portion of scrambled eggs only upon request. There was no cheese or cold cuts, and cereal was available only on two out of four days. Overall, it is not worth mentioning as a hotel breakfast. Only the drinks (water, coffee, inexpensive juice, and hot milk) offered a bit of variety. Service was disappointing. Upon arrival I was assigned a room without a refrigerator, and I had to carry all my luggage myself. After asking staff, I ended up moving a refrigerator from another room on my own without assistance. Hot water on the 5th floor required running the shower for about five minutes before becoming warm. Only small, overpriced water bottles were sold at reception and there was no water dispenser available. Additionally, the price felt excessive for the quality offered. The local walk-in rate is around 55 USD per night, while the higher Booking.com price - including platform fees - was ultimately charged to and paid by the guest. This created the impression of paying significantly more without receiving corresponding value. Overall, not good value for money and I would not stay here again.
