Da infraestrutura do local, principalmente para crianças. Da tranquilidade e das opões dd alimentação ofertada no local.

Do quarto de hotel, da falta de TV com Internet para acessar streaming e aplicativos; o banheiro estava um sujo e sem tapete para enxugar os pés. Apenas uma lixeira no banheiro. Havia barata no quarto.
